Check-in Procedures
We look forward to accommodating you for your upcoming getaway! To ensure you have a quick and easy check-in experience, we ask that you abide by the following policies and procedures.
- Sybaris Suites are intended for adult couples only. 2 people per suite. Children, pets, and additional guests are not allowed. There are no exceptions.
- You must present a valid ID and the credit card you used for payment at check-in. (photos/copies cannot be accepted.)
- Check-in for Overnight Getaways is no later than 9:00 pm (unless authorized in advance)
- If you would like to extend your stay until 3:00 pm or check-in at 2:00 pm, opportunities are usually available when you schedule in advance. Please give us a call to extend your getaway.
- Getaway enhancements such as Sybaris Spa products, inflatable pool floats, massage products, beverages, etc. are available in the lobby gift shop or can be conveniently purchased online or by phone and added to your suite prior to your arrival. We can also decorate your suite with rose petals on the bed or place roses, or chocolates in your suite to surprise your loved one.

- Feel free to bring your favorite beverages or snacks. A microwave and refrigerator is provided in your suite. Food deliveries directly to your suite are available from local restaurants.

Cancellation Policy
Please call the location of your reservation.
Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to your reserved date to reschedule or receive a refund. Should we receive less than 5 days’ notice the room is subject to forfeit unless we can re-rent the suite. Please be sure to request a cancellation number. Without this number, you could be considered a “no-show” and charged accordingly.
All refunds will result in a $30 fee.
